Become involved in our School Community

With the rising cost of educational resources and smaller and smaller budgets, we are looking to religious institutions and other organizations in the community to help support the spiritual development and community involvement of children. There are a number of ways one can be engaged in the school and make it your school too!

Friends of the Center

Institutions and/or individual members are invited to become a Friend of the Center. This new foundation will be devoted to further renovation of the Center and its maintenance. For example, donations of religious symbols and artifacts and furniture would be greatly appreciated. Monetary donations would be used to buy construction materials, art supplies and decorative materiel for The Center. Funds donated could also be used to provide an honorarium to guest speakers and leaders offering workshops.

The Personal and Professional Development Library

The personal and professional development library is in its infancy. This library presently provides educational resources for staff and students.

Volunteer Greeter/Librarian

A volunteer is required to serve as Librarian for the Library located in the Center. This volunteer would be asked to work from 10:30am to 1:00pm, one day per week. Interested individuals are invited to call Pierrefonds Comprehensive High School, at 514 626 9610.

Interfaith Mural

Created in 2003 and located at the main entrance to PCHS, the mural is dedicated to the mystery of faith, the diversity of human experience and the spiritual life of the PCHS Community. The Mural was created with the assistance of art teacher Sylvie Allard and her students.
