PCHS offers its students some of the best facilities on the West Island, from extensive classroom space dedicated to special subject areas to a newly renovated state-of-the-art theatre. Throughout the year many community and professional groups vie for access to our school for their programs and events.

Auditorium

PCHS is the only West Island school housing a profession theatre. This recently renovated facility boasts new state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment. Our audiences can sit in comfort on comfortable new seats and enjoy a wide range of performances, including our annual drama production.

Art Rooms

Our well-equipped art and music rooms provide an inviting environment in which to explore creative pursuits.

Fieldhouses & Gymnasiums

The impressive field house and gymnasiums are the scene of many exciting physical education activities and sports events, all of which play an important role in helping us meet our commitment to fitness and health.

Labs

We boast 11 science labs to support our excellent science programs. Students have access to 2 computer labs, each housing 34 computers, along with computer workstations located in individual classrooms.

Library

Our newly renovated and fully automated library has become a busy multi-media centre offering access to books in French, English and Spanish, 12 computers, 2 laser printers, a scanner and 2 televisions. It is visited daily by hundreds of students doing projects and homework or just looking for a quiet place to sit and read. After school it becomes a hub of activity when it serves as our tutoring centre.
