I update this chart every year to help students and parents understand many details of post high school options and the process of applying to CEGEP. Although all CEGEP applications can be done online this year, some CEGEPs still require that some documents be photocopied and mailed to arrive at the CEGEP before the March 1^st deadline. So please read all 6 pages carefully – in fact you might want to start at the back!

I’ve also added some websites where students can find our more about themselves and their best ‘fit’ with potential study/ career areas. I sincerely hope that none of our students will miss their chance to get into their first choice of program/CEGEP because they didn’t get their paperwork done on time. Believe me – the English CEGEPs in Montreal are so full that it could easily happen – there will be no flexibility on the due date!

Final sec IV marks and term 2 summary sec V marks are extremely important for earning a place in CEGEP for next fall! Urge your students to do the best they can – their options depend on it!
